APTE works nationally for those involved in teacher education partnership to encourage, promote and support professional discourse relating to partnerships. It:

  • Provides a forum to share good practice, update and lead development;
  • Advocates and champions partnership within and beyond ITE;
  • Encourages research and training.

Membership is open to institutions and individuals in Higher Education or Schools, whether involved in Higher Education or employment-based training routes. APTE provides a forum for discussion of good practice in teacher education partnership for academic and administrative staff.
