Hygiene Expertise over 30 Years
Since 1992, Stuart Banks from West Yorkshir has been a driving force for surveying, managing and delivering, hands-on, deep clean, disinfection and refurbishment projects.
An apprenticeship in lift and escalator installation gave Stuart the training to deliver essential services to strict specifications.

In 1992, beginning at grass root level with small projects in the hygiene industry, Stuart was recruited to, and successfully achieved, the development of products and services in the hygiene industry with one of the products being recognised by MHRA as part of a business development briefing.
Project: Flood Reburbishment Following the disastrous 2006 floods in Sheffield, Stuart was contracted to project manage the £86.000 refurbishment for ROM. This involved the disinfection, re-plaster, total refit, and refurbishment of offices and reception, including the build of protective housing for the manufacturing computer hub. Replaced carpets, epoxy resin painted floors, and total decorations throughout the whole project including stairways. Stripped out and refitted the factory and office toilets. All this was achieved on time (28 days) and to budget.
Project: Acid Clearance Stuart was contracted by the former Firth Rixon in Sheffield, to uplift wood flooring and flooring supports contaminated with Nitric and Sulphuric acid deposits. All to be cut to size to fit some 20 sealed vessels and put to compliant disposal. Job was inspected by Violia chemist, signed off, and disposed legally to a registered site in Nottingham
