   Deep Cleaning:    Thoroughness Through Thoughtfulness

What the eye does not see –  The heart does not have a chance to grieve.

Why Deep Clean?

Periodical deep cleaning of amenities is essential to the upkeep of hygiene standards. People have a right to  Demand Safe Hygiene Standards from the CEO to the actual cleaning staff themselves, doing the best they are able or allowed depending upon competence levels.

We have a “Knock  Out Of The Ground For Six” Disinfection Statement

In real terms we have evidence a daily cleaning routine is often just a wipe over of the contact surfaces which achive disinfection only untill the chemical has dried .  Even the ‘Tide Mark’ left by the mop head

  • ONE  Serious contamination and infection  remains uninspected  for years,  or even simply ignored
  • TWO Internal and inaccessible areas and fittings are neglected.
  • THREE  Leading to hygiene shortfalls.
  • FOUR We ensure that all surfaces and fittings, internally and externally, and waste drains (drains as far as accessible)  are cleaned and disinfected
  • FIVE Worked  in accordance to an identified and authorised  Scope of Work.
  • SIX Deliver compliance to Local Health and Environmental and HSE demands.

Year upon year we  encounter contamination and blockages coming from all sources including;  even particles  in the atmosphere. Not to mention what is flushed away into systems

Before we dismantle waste pipework we chemically flush the systems for safe guarding and safe working in the environment we are working

“Some times this just how it has to be done!!!”

The Chemistry of Contamination                                                                                           This is produced by the deposition of dissolved salts that are present either alone in the water supply such as limescale or in combination with uric salts. Limescale is almost ineffectively soluble in water and builds upon the exposed surfaces of urinals as the flush water evaporates. This natural development can be increased by the addition of warm urine.  Further to the build-up of limescale, uric salts form encrustations on the toilet and urinal surfaces and can cause additional blockages.

Dependent on usage and cleaning regimes, such installations can become blocked but more frequently suffer high levels of unpleasant malodours. The odour is caused by a build of fats and yeast within the trap and pipework exacerbated by a progressive build-up of uric salts which have an amazing ability to adhere to plastic pipework as a hard and encrusted residue which can only be removed by dismantling the pipework.

With ever increasing pressure to reduce costs, the frequency and volume of water used to flush urinals are being reduced. The effect of this reduction as a cost-saving decision reduces the ‘flushing effect’ and therefore makes the problem worse. Motion detection controls can affect hygiene standards in the long term

Following Our Rigorous Deep Clean We Recommend Arresting Infection With our Residual AntiBial Infection Prevention Barrier.                                                               Please  See The Video Below

This is not correct.

The application of this very specialised product is often publicised as a one step process, applied by misting or fogging equipment, even very practically by hand application. The surfaces requires a thorough clean prior to application for adhesion.

The App1lication Cleaning products rely on the physical removal of dirt  and micro-organisms and  to create an aesthetic concept  Even if they do contain biocidal compliance they become, literally,  inertly inept, ineffective, having no efficacy immediately they dry.  None can compete with our long-lasting residual infection protection barrier simple application. Not  a Chemical, it is water based technological scientific physiological simple application guaranteeing long periods of up to 30 days infection protection ensuring long term compliance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards and Public Health England guidance on COVID-19.        infection prevention

The analogy is “a bed of molecular nails”.

The Goldshield Process of Preventing Infection

The technological application forms a covalent bond in between any molecular formation of a substance to reduce the risk of cross-infection. The surface is then positively charged generated by a nitrogen molecule, which pulls in negatively charged microbes. Through a long chain carbon, this unique assembly penetrates the cytoplasmic membrane physically stabbing the cell releasing ions, denaturing proteins, and causing the cytoplasm to leak so the cell is then destroyed and renders the microbe dead and incapable of any mutation to create another yet unknown virus.

Clinical proved to kill 99.99% of bacteria.  (there is always one newly mutated, there is always a new one not researched)

  • Highly technical scientific, chemical free, yet cost effective application denying the threats of harmful, even life threatening virus.
  • Clinical Trials Tested by:
  • The UK’s, US, and Europe’s top laboratories and the NHS in Birmingham Infection Research Laboratory
  • US FDA (Food and Drug Administration)
  • US EPA (Environment Protection Agency)
  • Meets the following approvals:
  • BPD (Biocidal Products Directive)
  • EN1276 (Quantitative Suspension Test-Bactericidal activity of chemicals disinfectants and Antiseptic’s)
